Hi Everyone, our tennis club is undertaking some fundraising activities for the next three months to be able to purchase spectator seats.
We are trying to raise funds to purchase outdoor seats for the club and this funding would contribute to the major cost of the purchase. The club would purchase the seats from a local company called Replas which can provide the right tennis seats, long-lasting seats that will provide our members with a lifetime of use without the need for expensive and time consuming maintenance.
The product is also environmentally friendly from recycled plastic – highly durable, resistant to moisture, termites and designed to last for more than forty years.
A good example of what we are trying to achieve can be viewed below:
Your help would be amazing and thank you for even considering our cause. The minimum donation is $10 but feel free get five friends together and donate $2 each. It all counts.

Join us this Sunday 12th June from 9am at Masters Cranbourne for a fundraising BBQ.
As you know the club has been going through plenty of works, we’re containing to raise funds to help renew the club and facilities for our 180+ strong members. So please head down to Masters Cranbourne at Thompsons Rd & Springhill Drive, Cranbourne. We hope to see you there!
We’ve added a new page to our website for the two pennant teams Grade 2 Mens Doubles and Grade 10 Section 1 Mens Singles/Doubles. This new page allows you to see fixtures, results & ladders for both teams. It replaces the manual results & ladders that we were doing fortnightly which was a rather tedious job. This way our members and public can see how well the teams are performing directly via Tennis Victoria’s Pennant website directly on the Hampton Park Tennis Club website tailor made.
Congrats to Bronte Santos & Brendan Miles as they have been accepted into participating in the Tennis Victoria Future Leaders Program.
Tennis Victoria’s Future Leaders Program is designed for Year 10 and 11 students and provides participants with the opportunity to make a difference at their local tennis club. Program participants attend a three day camp, develop important teamwork and leadership skills and work with Tennis Victoria to develop a project plan to take back to their tennis club to complete. Participants are then required to complete a minimum of 40 hours work in completing the project and report back to Tennis Victoria. Participants are then invited to attend a graduation hosted by Tennis Victoria where graduates are able to enjoy a day at the Australian Open in recognition for all their hard work.

As you may have seen the courts have been undergoing works with resurfacing and other maintenance. We anticipate the works well be completed shortly there’s no exact ETA as the works need to be signed off, courts prepared and nets put back up again. We encourage that you keep an eye out on the facebook page for developing news.
To confirm the latest project taken on by Grassports & City of Casey – we’ve resurfaced three courts and sand blasted the remaining three to ensure they are up to scratch for the upcoming Tennis Victoria Pennant & WDTA Winter Seasons. More information in regards to the courts will be available in the coming days.
This recent works is a continuation to the ongoing works and maintenance at Hampton Park Tennis Club to improve our club facilities. We’ve recently repaired the retaining wall and fence line on Somerville Road and previous to that updated the furniture within the clubrooms. We love feedback, and encourage our members to attend the upcoming AGM in April to provide more feedback towards major capital works.
